My services are designed to empower parents and guide children towards achieving their fullest potential. Every family's situation is different. Here are the ways I can support you from a single focused session to ongoing advocacy throughout the school year.

Ongoing Advocacy

Price: $100/hour

For families who want someone to handle everything.

If you don't know where to start, don't have time to figure it out, or just want someone in your corner handling everything this is for you.

You hire me on an hourly retainer and I do it all:

Attend IEP and school meetings with you
Review evaluations and IEP documents
Draft emails and letters to the school that I write and you send
Guide you through every step of the process
Be available when things come up

You focus on your child. I'll handle the rest.

A retainer estimate will be provided to start services based on anticipated work and drawn from as services are provided. An invoice will be provided monthly to show services rendered.

School Support Discovery Session

Price: $100

For families whose child does not have an IEP and don't know where to start.

Is your child being sent home for behaviors? Refusing to go to school? Experiencing school avoidance? Being bullied? Falling behind academically? Struggling socially? Your child has a 504 but they are still struggling?

Includes reviewing documents prior to meeting, a 60-minute session to talk through what you are seeing, explore whether your child may benefit from school-based supports, and leave you with clear written next steps and the language to use with your child's school

1-Hour Advocacy Strategy Session

Price: $100

For families who have an IEP or are in the process of getting one. Real-time, focused guidance on your situation right now. I will review documents prior to our call, help you prepare for an upcoming meeting, decode confusing school language, and leave you with a clear written action plan for how you can advocate for your child.

IEP / Evaluation Review

Price: $200

Confused by what your child's IEP or evaluation actually says?

I will thoroughly review the documents and provide you with a written summary identifying strengths, gaps, and specific recommendations for what to ask for next.

Includes:

Initial call to discuss your goals
Document review
Written summary
Review call to discuss results and how you can use this information to advocate for your child

IEP Meeting Support

Price: $400 flat rate

Comprehensive support for your child's IEP meeting from start to finish. Your $400 flat rate covers:

1 hour initial call
Document review
Drafting email communications with the school- I write and you send
Strategy call prior to IEP meeting
Attendance at one IEP meeting (in person or virtual)
Post-meeting consultation to discuss next steps and whether ongoing advocacy is right for your family

Payment: 50% ($200) due upon booking and 50% ($200) due at conclusion of IEP meeting.

A signed Client Services Agreement is required before work begins.
