Lighthouse Education Advocates

Joanne Grobecker
Special Education Advocate
I'm Joanne Grobecker, a special education advocate, dyslexia and literacy expert, and mom with her Master’s in Education who has been in your shoes. I help New Hampshire families understand their rights, prepare for IEP meetings, and get their children the services they deserve.
The special education process can feel overwhelming. Meetings filled with acronyms. Documents you don't fully understand. A system that can feel like it is working against you.
I started Lighthouse Education Advocates because every family deserves a knowledgeable guide with someone in their corner who understands the law, knows the process, and is focused entirely on their child.
I know what it feels like to sit across the table from a room full of educators and not know if your child is getting what they need. I became an advocate so no NH family has to face that alone.
"Every child deserves to be taught, supported, and seen. I am here to make sure yours is."
